Convolutional Neural Network for Intelligent System Course

Development of Convolutional Neural Network practicum media for Intelligent Systems course at the State University of Malang. The discussion topics contained in this study are based on the curriculum of the Electrical Engineering Education Study Program. Learning is designed online and offline that utilizes Google Collaboratory as an innovation to overcome infrastructure constraints related to the lack of computers that have Graphics Processing Units (GPUs).

Wide Angle QR Code Detection
using Convolutional Neural Networks

The QR Code implementation has been used in various fields such as manufacturing, mining, and logistics, retail, health, life sciences, transportation, and office automation. The advantage is useful for sharing information and integrated with a browser to get easier detail information. QR Code detection requires the position of the distance and the right reading angle. Moreover, for robots and the visually impaired person will not be able to do easily without guidance. The low-resolution camera cannot detect QR Code accuracy and need closer distance to be able to scan the QR Code. This is the challenge for improving the performance QR Code detection on low-resolution camera. This work proposes an algorithm that increases the reading of the angle of QR codes and maximizes detection on low-resolution cameras. This detection involves the image processing and Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm. This algorithm is applied to recognize the different QR Code version. The proposed approach can detect QR Code from a wider Euler Angle. The results demonstrated that the proposed detection method can increase 40o angle detection from the low- resolution and 15o angle detection from the higher-resolution. The proposed approach reached the accuracy rate of over 90%. These results revealed that the proposed method has high potential to to detect QR Code from the wider perspective angle.

SASORI
Smart Automatic Sonar Coral Reef Health Detection

The creative innovation offered in this PKM-KC is using SASORI (Smart Automatic Sonar Technology and Restoration). SASORI is a coral reef damage detector based on ultrasonic sensors by implementing sonar and efforts to restore damaged coral reefs. To facilitate SASORI's work, this detector is equipped with: with ultrasonic and control systems that function as automation and transmitters of waves to the seabed. The results of the data obtained will be processed in the SASORI application. SASORI application based on Internet of Things (IoT) that can be accessed on websites and smartphones in real-time.

e-Collab Classroom
Mobile Application for Intelligent System Media Learning

This research improve e-Collab Classroom which can be accessed from computer browser to be easily access by students from one gate mobile application. Designing e-Collab based on mobile applications for Intelligent system subjects with the topic of practical activities, namely Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). The topic of CNN was chosen as a specific topic that represented the entire simulation of practical learning activities with cloud computing. The development of e-Collab is carried out using a prototyping model consisting of the identification of needs and objects, the identification of risks, prototype design, the experimental stage, the testing phase, and the evaluation stage. The results of the development research are the CNN jobsheet, online classroom system, and mobile application.

Socialization of How Important Website for The Village Information and Promotion

I had the opportunity to present the importance of information media for the introduction of village potential in Social Service activities with Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah State Islamic University (UIN SATU) Tulungagung. The activity includes the introduction of website media to introduce tourism destinations and debriefing the youth organization in Ngadipuro village, Blitar.

Arduino Project Course Winter Camp
Art Together National Taipei University of Technology

This activity was organized by the National Taipei University of Technology and Art Together. The purpose of this program is to introduce Arduino to elementary students and to improve soft skills because this program is an international program. The following is the material taught in this activity.

Investigation of Safety Design for Human-Robot Collaboration Based on Hybrid Method

The primary considerations in human-robot collaboration (HRC) involve ensuring both productivity and human safety. Currently, ISO/TS 10566 serves as a safety protocol governing the separation distance between humans and robots. However, a common drawback of the existing safety design is the frequent stopping of the robot when humans enter its workspace, leading to reduced productivity. To address these challenges, this manuscript proposes a framework that combines two safety measures: speed and separation monitoring (SSM) and power force limits (PFL). The proposed safety framework enables the robot to maintain its speed while collaborating closely with humans. In contrast to the previous work, we incorporate dynamic speed adjustment to regulate the robot's speed in response to the human's position during collaboration. Numerical results demonstrate that the proposed safety framework achieves a 56\% speed improvement at each point compared to previous approaches. Specifically, we achieved better productivity of 12.426\% for human-robot interactions from a far distance and a remarkable 32.098\% in human-robot interactions from a closer distance, compared to the results obtained in the previous work. These findings demonstrate the significant advancements in enhancing the efficiency and performance of the proposed approach.
